With todays advancements in the plumbing industry many people think that it is no longer required to do any maintenance on thier plumbing fixtures.

Although the reliability of many componets are better than ever, there are many applications that are worse, and can lead to disasterous results when they do fail.

Reliability of fixtures is a plus but the downside to reliability is that there is usually no warning that something is wrong untill it fails completly.

Shut off Valves that are not maintaned may not be usable when you need them [like when the pipe breaks under the sink and water is running all over your house].

DRAIN STOPPAGES. When it happens it can be terrible nuisance. Your best tool is to try a plunger to clear. we do not recommend chemicals as they can not generate enough heat to get past the drain trap [which a plunger can clear] and continues use has been known to damage piping. When the plunger will not work we have the equipment for all sizes of drains to mechanically clean them out.
