WATER LEAKS There are many kinds of leaks from faucets, toilets, piping, shower pans, walls and drains. Do you know that a simple dripping faucet can leak 5,000 gallons a month! That means you could be paying $30.00 a month or more for the excessive water usage. If it is hot water it could easily be double that amount.

Water piping that is buried or under the slab of the house maybe leaking without you knowing about it. Toilets can also leak that much or more without visable signs of leakage.

What can be done about it? first of all determine there is any visable signs of leakage and correct any that you find. You can check toilets by adding food coloring to the back of the tank to see if any leaks into the bowl (which will let you know you are wasting water).  We have have the equipment to find hidden water leaks and the expertise to fix them. Which also includes repiping you home with all new water lines with little or no wall damage.
